I am grateful and disappointed at the same time. Why do you ask I feel both?
I am grateful I was able to take my daughter to a store she wanted to go to.
Enjoyed the ride getting to the store.
After I returned back to my car and waited for cars to go by in the parking lot.
I thought it was clear….I started to back out and when I turned my wheel didn’t see the car on my left and backed into it.
The car received some bumper damage but the lady behind the wheel of the other car was annoying.

I stayed calm didn’t think about smoking.
Just bummed that I didn’t see her car when I was trying to get out of my spot.
We exchanged papers and gave my phone number which my husband said was a mistake.
Don’t know how much this will cost me – but see what happens in a few days.
Darn some days things just go wrong.
Grateful no one was physically hurt.
I just needed to vent ☹.

I am grateful for my breath, for being relatively healthy,
for the loves of my life,
for being mobile,
for being able to love others,
for those who want to spend time with me, for online classes,
for walks, for those who work at supermarkets, mail carriers, nurses, doctors,
for flowers outside. For being able to make choices.
for projects
for my freakin' quit!
I know smoking affected my body, for which I am affected now, but it would be a heck of a lot worse.

The crummier the day, the more I need gratitude. Today I am grateful for a roof over my head, food to eat, and parents who mostly accept me for who I am.
And then 2 more weeks slip by. I have an alarm that goes off every day, reminding me to be grateful. Lately I hear it, I think of one or two things, and I move on with my day. But I think the actual written list helps a lot more so...
Grateful.
Very cool new kitchen
Int'l Jazz Day is online this year
So many fruits and veg to choose from
The rhododendrons are outstanding this year
Many, many sunny days in a row (In Spring! In Oregon!)
Peppermint tea
Funky socks
A big chunk of quartz and pyrite...And then 2 more weeks slip by. I have an alarm that goes off every day, reminding me to be grateful. Lately I hear it, I think of one or two things, and I move on with my day. But I think the actual written list helps a lot more so...

Wow, 3 months ago. My last bit of open gratitude was 3 months ago. True, I've been busy with the class, but still. So much to be grateful for, thanks Time M for the reminder:
I don't have to smoke anymore
I have a roof over my head (still!)
The class is over, I aced the final, and certification is right around the corner
A neat little group of professional coders in Portland, I went to my 2nd meeting tonight. Great for networking and learning new things
My cat, asleep on the footstool behind me...Wow, 3 months ago. My last bit of open gratitude was 3 months ago. True, I've been busy with the class, but still. So much to be grateful for, thanks Time M for the reminder:

Tonight I am grateful for
We were able to get the garden tilled today
We did our weekend jobs yesterday, so we were able to stay home today
The wind was fierce today, but no trees down
We have not had cable in a few years (our choice) and dont miss any of it
My dad has had swelling in one leg and his Dr has prescribed 5 rounds of antibiotics. I am not a Dr but that seems to be way to much so after days on the phone I was able to get him a second opinion.
The POA for my dad is slow but progress...Tonight I am grateful for
