Good morning. 3:49am in east Tennessee. It's cloudy here and we have a chance for rain. So our May 1st might be wet. It's May Day. Most people associate this day with spring and flowers and dancing around the maypole. I know I did, however in many parts of the world it's International Workers Day. This day in 1886 there were may protests as workers struggled for a 8 hour work day. In Chicago at the Haymarket there was a bomb blast that killed some protesters. Well it's a NOPE day for me. Today I begin cardiopulmonary rehab. Not exactly sure how this is going to go. But know that something has to change to stop the rounds of pneumonia and get me breathing better again. I will let you know tomorrow!
