Good morning. 5:55am in my neck of the woods. If the weather person is correct we will get some rain early this morning. Then partly sunny until late afternoon when the rain reemerges. Should be a great NOPE day.
So yesterday was pulmonary rehab. Let's just say I do not understand how this will benefit me. Treadmill, recumbent bike, stair stepper etc. I am quite active as it is. COPD is a progressive disease nothing is going to stop it. I would benefit more in learning about the disease. What...Good morning. 5:55am in my neck of the woods. Gonna try it for a few weeks then make a decision.
Well since the SO forgot (again) to get the trash to the street I have to take a drive to the dump. We have had Thursday as trash day for 25 years how can you forget?
