Good morning friends and fellow NOPESTERS! Hope you all are doing well and staying healthy!
We are doing well and no smoking in our family...i.e. me! Yes, my Quit is forever and I can’t thank you all enough for your support and friendship and most of all this community! I am so thankful to be done with the Nico-Demon although I will admit, I do think about it during my 2 hours per day of walking.
But no actions to return to the habit,
and the thoughts are fleeting.

We enjoyed a cozy Christmas Holiday with our daughter home and we’re fortunate to have small safe visits with our families. Want to wish you all a Happy New Year! Excited to get our vaccinations and keep the mask on and stay socially distant for another 6 months or year. Whatever it takes to avoid this virus.
