Well I couldn’t stand it anymore!  My husband, of almost 30 years, and I are splitting up.  This breaks my heart. I quit smoking (cold turkey) a year ago, it was hard but after being told I had early COPD I knew it would come to life on an oxygen tank or death if I didn’t.  About six months after me my husband quit for a few months, then he started again but tried to keep it hidden.  Well I found out and was devastated.  His chronic cough quickly came back and his leaving the house to smoke at least every hour until 3 or 4 in the morning keeps or wakes me up. Now with the virus he has lost his job permanently and hopes for a new job are slim to none.  So after the government handouts run out he will have a 2 pack a day addiction to support without any income. We live in Canada where cigarettes are very expensive and his smoking will be a financial hardship for me so I have choose to break my vows.  What a selfish sob I am huh. Thanks for reading my vent and any comments/discussion are welcome.
