I am trying to send a message to someone. I've sent messages before, but not to this person. I go to that person's user name and don't see anywhere to click on to send that person a message. I click on the Envelope above for messages and don't see how to start a message for that person. Please help . Thanks

there's a setting Nancy that users can turn off "messages" or you have to be their friend to message.
