Hey Mildred, happy Sunday evening. What did you all have for dinner? I drove out to my Dads house and cooked us some rainbow trout on the gas grill outside (so to not stink up the house) and a huge mound of fresh green beans.  Water to drink. I started a healthy eating diet couple days ago. I feel super confident in my quit this time, so I'm finally ready to tackle the HUGE weight gain of quitting & starting, quitting &starting etc and menopause.  Hoping to be down 100 pounds by next March and be much more physically active.
