Happy Friday and a huge TGIF!!!!!!

I am up and going for the day today. In the office and after my week, this will be like a vacation. Smoking is not going to be part of my day not today, not any day. Saying NO to smoking and keeping moving forward along the Freedom Road. I offer my hand in friendship and support to the next winning quitter joining me today.

TGIF Everyone!! Sorry I didn't message anyone yesterday. Was a busy day as I was at a funeral. I didn't smoke yesterday and I am still smoke free today. Just got back from the gym!! Smoking is not for me today or any other day!! Enjoy your Friday!!

Well done Zameel! Lazy day for me. Paid my vehicle insurance, got groceries and went for a beer. Kind of a lousy day for yard work. But a great day to stay cig free!!
